Services

Two engagements. Five capabilities. One system.

We sell outcomes in two shapes: a diagnostic that tells you the truth, and a monthly loop that changes it. The five capabilities underneath are not sold separately, because separately they do not work.

Engagements

Where you start and where it goes.

Engagement 01Fixed scopeOne-off

AI Search Audit

The entry product. It answers a single question: how visible is this company in Google and AI search, and what is preventing it from being discovered, cited or recommended? It is paid, because a free audit gets the attention a free audit deserves, and because doing it properly costs real time and real model spend.

Answers
Where you stand, who is being named instead, and why.
Modules
Technical SEO · Content · Structured data · Entity · Authority · Competitors · AI visibility
Deliverables
Findings with evidence, prioritised recommendations with owners, a query-level visibility baseline, and a walkthrough call.
You provide
Search Console and analytics read access, a 45-minute session with someone who knows the product, and your own competitor list.
Leads to
Either an internal action plan you run yourself, or AI Search Growth.
Engagement 02MonthlyRecurring

AI Search Growth

The main business. A monthly loop — monitor, find, improve, measure, repeat — against a fixed query set and an agreed competitor set. The recurring relationship is justified by the work, not by the contract: visibility moves, competitors move, models change, and a baseline from six months ago tells you nothing on its own.

Cadence
Continuous monitoring, weekly analysis, monthly execution and reporting, quarterly strategy review.
Scope varies by
Queries monitored, surfaces tested, competitors tracked, content output, digital PR effort.
Deliverables
Monthly report, updated dashboard, shipped work, a prioritised backlog and a named list of blockers.
You provide
SME time, approval turnaround, and either a deploy path or a dev team who will take our tickets.

Capabilities

The five areas underneath.

These compose into the engagements above. We are happy to explain each one, and unwilling to sell them as standalone line items — a content programme with no technical access work, or authority work with nothing worth citing on the other end, wastes your money in a way that is hard to see until it is too late.

Scope

What is in and what is deliberately out.

What this includes

  • AI search visibility measurement across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI experiences where observable
  • Technical SEO and AI crawler accessibility
  • Content strategy, briefing, and expert-informed production
  • Structured data and entity consistency work
  • Authority building and digital PR, with human approval on everything external
  • Competitor tracking and evidence-chain analysis
  • Reporting, dashboards and historical trend data you keep

What it does not include

  • Paid advertising of any kind — not part of the offering and the business does not depend on it
  • Social media management
  • Generic full-service marketing
  • Guaranteed rankings, mentions or citations in any system
  • Link buying, PBNs, or anything presented as editorial that was paid for
  • Fake reviews, fake accounts, or undisclosed community participation
  • Mass-produced thin content billed by the page

How we work

Practical terms.

What makes an engagement work

  • A baseline captured before anything ships. Without it, nothing that follows is provable, and we will insist on it even when it delays the fun part.
  • Access to someone who genuinely knows the product. Content written without an expert reads like content written without an expert, and answer engines are not the only ones who notice.
  • A realistic approval path. In regulated fintech, compliance review is usually the rate limiter. We plan around it rather than complaining about it.
  • A named owner on your side who can get a code change deployed.

When we will say no

  • When you want a guarantee. We will not sell one, and anyone who does is selling you something they cannot control.
  • When the expectation is volume — fifty pages a month, priced per page.
  • When nobody internally has time to review content, because the work will stall and we will both be unhappy about it in month three.
  • When the request is for tactics we consider deceptive, regardless of budget.

See where you stand in AI search.

An AI Search Audit tells you how often AI systems name your company, who they name instead, and what is causing the gap. Every figure comes with the method behind it.
